In 2026, we will launch a two-year HND (Level 5) course in Health & Social Care, accredited by Pearson, designed for individuals pursuing careers in this vital sector.

HEART NEST is also unique in that it has a former International Investors in People Adviser and Assessor of 25+ years standing on its Advisory Board who also has extensive experience of advising and assessing the wider care sector against the Investors in People Standard. As such we will make sure that we meet safe staffing standards by providing competency-based and skilled professionals who are well-equipped to deliver high-quality personal care and services by.
